"Fab location, close to everything that Margate has to offer but just far enough away to be quiet Very nice helpful staff and decent continental breakfast. "

"The perfect spot to relax and unwind listening to the sounds of the sea. We treated ourselves to one of the balcony suites and were not disappointed. Margate is an interesting mix of old and new but there are lots of places to explore food wise. This is also my first visit to one of the Guesthouse hotels and I would be keen to try the others in the brand. The pantry was a nice idea although there were no plates for the cake, glasses for the drinks or jugs to get the fresh milk from the fridge. Parking is free after 6 outside the hotel but otherwise its quite expensive to park in the area. "

"Breakfast was very good as always,parking is first class,staff are polite and helpful,they always are,room was clean,although a wee bit tired but enjoyed our stay,and we often go back 3/4 times a year."

"Arrived late, the bar was pleasantly lively, but as I had been driving I unfortunately did not end up going back for a drink as the food was finished serving, granted it was 9pm. Room was nice and clean, everything was there and nice touch with the biscuits and coffee pods, really liked it. Breakfast was fantastic, service was great too. Will definitely be returning."

"Great location, really close to the beach but in a quiet residential area away from the very centre of the town. The house is big with plenty of room for 9 of us. Kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. "

"Property was spacious, clean with fantastic sea views. The property is in a peaceful location whilst having the advantage of being walking distance to Margate. We stayed for one night for a concert in Margate so we didn’t really use the kitchen but it was fully equipped and would be great for longer stays and holidays. We hope we can return again one day soon. "

"The house is fit for purpose. We were a three generational group and we all founf a comfortably place to spend out tume. The house is extremely well equipped. "
