Our small petting zoo, featuring ponies and our large carriage horses, looks forward to welcoming our guests.
Starting in Pentecost 2026, the Rosengarten Suite will offer you an exceptionally spacious and exclusive vacation apartment designed to meet the highest standards. With approximately 120 m² of living space, this luxurious suite accommodates up to 7 people—ideal for families, couples, or friends who value comfort, design, and privacy. Three stylishly furnished bedrooms, two high-end bathrooms, and a private sauna ensure a thoroughly relaxing stay. The open-concept kitchen-dining area with a large dining space, the cozy living room, and the beautiful balcony invite you to linger and enjoy your stay.
Nestled among meadows and forests with a breathtaking view of the Chiemgau Alps, you’ll find our child-friendly vacation farm. Ideally situated between the “Bavarian Sea,” Lake Chiemsee, and Upper Bavaria’s warmest lake, Lake Waginger, it is a perfect starting point for all kinds of family activities and excursions.
