Tão perto e tão longe do centro histórico

Quarto e banheiro grandes, bom café da manhã. Hotel com decoração tradicional, localizado numa avenida bem movimentada (tem um pouco de ruído de carro dentro do quarto) onde estão localizadas as lojas de grife, sem a balburdia de turistas e camelôs mas cerca de 3 km da área histórica (Catedral de Palermo, Palazzo Normando, Quatro Canti), o que dá uma caminhada de no mínimo 30 min até o início do centro. Hotel usado por executivos e membros de cias aéreas.

La localizzazione è molto buona/ la struttura è il servizio non sono buone. Le finestre non si chiudono ne si aprano bene, per fare la doccia bagnava tutto il bagno, il divano letto era molto scomodo con le molle rotte, la michette molto vecchia. Assolutamente da sistemare, cascava acqua dalla soffitta in bagno. Nel colazione nemmeno pane integrale.

Our room was massive and had space for all of our luggage. The bathroom is lovely with a big bath. Very luxurious and comfortable for our last night in Italy. Parking out the front. Lovely, helpful staff. Worth every penny.

Old Glamour hotel needs an overhaul.

It was so so. The reception staff was great and the breakfast very good. Dinner also was good and staff nice. The condition of the hotel is run down, carpets are filthy, wallpaper peeling and tacked on with thumb tacks in places! You can see that it was at one time a beautiful hotel, it has the old world glamour. But it desperately needs to be painted, new carpets and general clean up would do this property a great service. Lots of street noise at night and a good half hour walk to the old town for tourist attractions.

Solid Value Hotel

A good value hotel in Palermo. A bit of a walk (15-20 minutes) to the historic centre, but a good location overall. Hotel is a bit tired in spots, but still retains much of the elegance of its earlier days. Staff were, without exception, helpful and friendly.

Nous avons loué 2 chambres, les deux étaient côté place donc très bruyantes. L’une avait une clim HS et l’autre une fuite dans le plafond avec un bruit de goutte à goutte insupportable la nuit...nous avons demandé l’échange, plus de bruit de circulation mais une douche bouchée et le lendemain le système d'évacuation du lavabo HS... un peu pénible quand même !!! Le petit déjeuner est très bien

Godt hotel i godt område.

Rigtig fint hotel med historie og sjæl. Samlet set en god oplevelse med god service og god beliggenhed. Eneste minus var at der løb vand ud på hele badeværelsesgulvet fra vores bad. Ekstra plus er, at shuttle-bussen til lufthavnen går lige foran hotellet.

Excellent service - great location in high class area away from bustle of the city. Taxi rank right outside. Rooms large and comfortable. The staff super helpful and friendly - a pleasure to stay.

O hotel é antigo, até aí nenhum problema, gosto de me hospedar em hotéis clássicos. Mas está precisando de manutenções. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Pessoal mal treinado, diria até mal educado, brigando entre si diante dos hóspedes no café da manhã. Desagradável.
