Grazia was a lovely host, contacting me even before getting there to make sure we had everything ready for my arrival. She even guided me in getting to the facility from the airport. I had a wonderful stay at their place, it was very clean, organized and calme although in the city center, only a few steps from the historical monuments. The room was very spacious and an absolute worth of its money, providing me with everything I needed for my short stay!!

I booked a place and it seemed nice on pics. But then we walked it was a the terrible smell. We couldn’t stay there and right away walked out. Plus My husband is allergic. There was somebodies washed clothes in the bathroom. The place is located in the city center,noisy.it’s an old smelly building. It’s basically a cheap hostel for 100$ a night. I would never thought Orbitz would ever advertise places like this. Absolutely disappointed

Besonderes B&B im historischem

Direkt im Zentrum, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Super Verkehrsanbindung z.B. mit Bus 101 in wenigen von Palermo Centrale. Ich hatte ein großes Zimmer, " Capo" zur stark befahrenen Strasse. Schallisolierte Fenster halten den Lärm gut draußen, doch etwas Hupen, laute Musik kommt immer durch. Mich hat es nicht gestört. Das B&B hat mehrere Zimmer. Ich hatte ein eigenes Bad, nicht direkt en suite sondern einige Schritte entfernt im Flur, wo sich such ein Badezimmer zu einem anderen Zimmer befand. Kein Problem, die Badezimmer sind nur mit einem Schlüssel zu öffnen, Privatsphäre ist garantiert. Das Gebäude ist alt und daher etwas hellhörig. Der Aufzug befindet sich einige Stufen höher, also nicht direkt im Erdgeschoß. Das Check-in lief problemlos, trotz (angekündigter) Verspätung. Sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich durfte mein Gepäck dort lassen, da mein Flug erst am Abend ging. Sehr sauber. Bequemes Bett. Gute Klimaanlage mit funktionierender Heizung, leise. Ein kleiner Punktabzug für unbequeme Sitzgelegenheiten im Zimmer, Stühle sehr niedrig bzw. der Tisch zu hoch. Alles in allem zu empfehlen!

B&B centrale in una posizione strategica

Il B&B è situato nella zona centrale di Palermo, a due passi dal Teatro Massimo. Una camera luminosa ed ampia in stile signorile. Il personale e cordiale, disponibile e professionale (ringraziamo Giorgio e tutti!). Check-in / out veloce e comodo. Un po' di musica di notte dei club vicini, ma questo è anche il bello di una capitale vivace!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, όμως δεν δούλευε καθόλου καλά το αιρκοντίσιον με αποτέλεσμα να υποφέρουμε στον ύπνο. Θα μπορούσε επίσης ο ιδιοκτήτης να μας δώσει πληροφορίες για την πόλη, πράγμα που δεν έκανε.

Traditional Italian atmosphere! Big room and bathroom! AC fantastic! Elevator! Luggage storage! Clean! Super close to all:Teatro Massimo, Teatro Garibaldi, bus lines, Via Maqueda, Vitirrio Emanele, Capo Mercato, Palermo Cadedrsl, 4 Corners, starts off all my walking tours but one two blocks away! Only noise music Friday/Saturday'til 10ish, but you're out! 300 restaurants within feet! Great stay and only comfortable bed in Italy after 3 weeks! Step in tub to shower. Doable! Spotless! No smoking! Nice people!

Palermo is fascinating

It's a lovely B&B, very cozy and it's centrally located. From there, you can reach the Teatro Massimo in 2 mins by walk. The B&B is on the 2nd floor of a palazzo which is a typical Sicilian style so it's very spacious (big bedroom, big bathroom and very high ceiling!) You have all the basic things you need. There are many restaurants just next to the B&B so there are a lot of choices for food. Otherwise, you can easily walk to Via Vittorio Emmanuel where you find everything. It's also close to the Vuciria market. The staff of the B&B recommended us a nearby restaurant and it's a very good one. They serve good pasta (BIG portion) and all different types of second dishes. It's just right next to the B&B: Osteria Nonna Dora SAS di Savoca Fabio (Piazza Colonna 7/8)

Bien ubicado, amplio y agradable

Se trata de un B&B en una casa antigua reformada en la que persisten detalles anacrónicos, como interruptores de luz que están en diagonal al otro lado de la habitación por lo que tienes que cruzarla a oscuras hasta dar con el por las noches, la ducha es minúscula a pesar de que el área del baño es grande(?). Por lo demás el ambiente es muy agradable. La encargada , Chiara, muy profesional y amable , te informan y atienden con mucha amabilidad.

Worst place I've ever stayed!!

Can't imagine who would rate this place as "excellent"! Dark hallway to elevator in dirty run down building! Terribly furnished, hard bed, bathroom down the hall, disgusting!!! We had this place booked for two nights, but only stayed one. She would not let us out of the final night even though we complained about the conditions, so we paid for both nights and left. Do not believe this rating! Stay somewhere else!

Character property in heart of Palermo

Part of a beautiful old house in the heart of Palermo. We travelled as a family of four and had a lovelly big room with small balcony full of character - old furnitiure, high ceilings, shutters etc I left my jacket in the room and they kindly left it in a local restaurant so I could pick it up when returning home. We loved this place, a great first experience when arriving in Palermo although the staff could have been more friendly and attentive, they just seemed a bit harrassed, it was almost like we were an irritation at times.

Et nydelig, lite bed & breakfast med super beliggenhet i Palermo. Servicen fra resepsjonen var kjempebra. Hun var behjelpelig med alle spørsmål, og anbefalte også forskjellige ting å gjøre i Palermo og i nærheten. Frokosten besto av brød og enkelt pålegg (syltetøy, sjokoladepålegg), samt mye småkaker. Litt av et sukkerkick om morgenen, men det er jo ofte å forvente av frokosten i Italia. Hotellet ligger sentralt mellom to hovedgater, men det er ikke noe støy fra gatene inn til rommene om natten. Senga var litt hard og knirkete, men rommet var ellers stort, og badet fint. Vil anbefale dette stedet for de som ønsker å bo på et mindre hotell med særpreg og personlighet.

Genial beliggenhet

Et lite Bed and Brekfast hotell som ligger i hjertet av Palermo, gåavstand til det meste. Hotellet ligger i et kvartal med mye liv, spesielt i helgene. Store og komfortable rom, med gode senger,rent og pent. Hotellsjefen er der mest på morgenen bare og ordner frokosten som er typisk italiensk med søte kaker/crossanter etc. Veldig behjelpelig med å vise på kart om serverdigheter som bør sees og hvor de ligger, og undersøker ting som ikke kan svares på der og da. Oppsummert hadde vi et fantastisk opphold på dette hotellet.
