Not what I thought. First I thought it was hotel, when we got there it looked like normal apartments, no sign. But that goes away once you’re inside. I was so wonderfully surprised, nice room, great location and the staff was amazing! Great stay, recommend.

We arrived to locked doors (for security) and when we were greeted she told us she wasn’t expecting anyone to check in. I showed our reservation and she apologized. Ballarò Hotel
Interesting location in a crumbling old palazzo. The entrance is a bit intimidating but the hotel inside is basic but fine. Friendly and good location. Cooking smells were a bit strong, and breakfast was very basic, but overall a good experience.
