Recent villa with heated swimming pool, location 2 private cars, newly furnished. 3 spacious and bright rooms including one upstairs with solarium, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 8 people, spacious living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, sofa and 2 large cushions. Pool and terrace directed full south without opposite and barbecue. Fenced property, sheltered from the crush of holidaymakers, large beach in Argeles sur Mer less than 15 minutes.

Très belle location , piscine vraiment top .Mais à notre arrivée, il n'y avait ni papier toilette, ni sopalin, ni sel,poivre ,huile et vinaigre entre autre. De surcroît la location n'est pas climatisée, cela a été très difficile pour supporter la chaleur le jour comme la nuit . Sinon l'emplacement est calme et le jardin clos et sécurisé pour nos amis les animaux
La piscine est géniale et spacieuse, on en a bien profité surtout avec la canicule.

Une semaine de vacances

Nous étions 4 adultes et un bébé. Du coup, la maison était spacieuse. Elle était très propre. Elle est bien équipée et située dans un endroit calme. La piscine est de bonne taille et elle est chauffée. Très souvent on nous promet une piscine chauffée et le système est justement tombé en panne avant notre arrivée. Là, l'eau est fraîche, mais elle n'est pas froide ce qui rend le plouf très agréable. Si on prend soin de bâcher la nuit, l'eau reste propre. Les chaises longues sont confortables. Je suggère aux propriétaires d'ajouter un parasol du côté piscine pour éviter de transporter celui de la terrasse qui est très utile le matin. Les propriétaires ont laissé du produit pour les fourmis, ce qui nous a permis d'être tranquille sur la terrasse où nous avons pris tous nos repas. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Un séjour agréable, néanmoins l’emplacement de la maison était quelque peu embêtant car il n’y avait pas beaucoup d’activités à proximité, la piscine n’était pas bien entretenue et aucune instruction a été donné et les demande concernant la maintenance de la piscine n’ont pas été prise en compte, faire aussi attention au nid de guêpe sur la terrasses( vraiment embêtant ), les photos ne sont pas fiables. Dans l’ensemble notre séjour était bien mais la maison nous a un peu limité.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit pool

Wir (2 Erw + 16j Kind) hatten wunderbare Tage in dem sehr gepflegten und toll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Sehr genossen haben wir die ruhige Lage, die überdachte Terrasse und den Pool. Aber auch im Haus ist es gemütlich und sehr gut eingerichtet. Auch der Service von Luc vor Ort ist toll und er ist jeder Zeit erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Perfektes Haus mit Pool, hundefreundlich!

Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen, der Pool ist ausreichend groß, alles ist sehr gepflegt, die Ausstattung ist komplett mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner und auch die Küchenausstattung ist außergewöhnlich gut. Es sind nur Hand- und Badetücher mitzubringen. Die Matratzen sind perfekt, der uneinsehbare Garten ist rundum sicher eingezäunt. Der Pool hat eine Abdeckung und somit sicher. Alles war sehr sauber, perfekte ruhige Lage, zum Strand, cote vermeille, etwa 12 Minuten mit dem Auto. Eine kleine Oase. Die Vermieter wie auch der „Haushüter vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, daher unseres Erachtens alles in allem perfekt! Bei großer Hitze dürfte evt eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer hilfreich sein sein, gleichwohl insgesamt: sehr gut!!

Eine nette Zeit vor Ort

Wir (2 Erw.) können uns an die Beurteilungen und Meinungen der anderen Besucher, über das oben angebotene Mietobjekt, nur anschließen. Die Bilder entsprechen den Tatsachen. Eine Außendusche wäre noch von Vorteil. Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief, dank Übersetzungsprogram 😉, angenehm und problemlos. Wir haben eine kurze, jedoch erholsame Woche im Objekt genossen.

Very enjoyable!

Had a lovely time here. House is great and has everything you need, (heated) pool is a big plus especially for the kids. Garden is fenced off which was great for the dog who could just stroll around. Location is fabulous, very quiet but you walk into the village in less than 10 minutes to get your breakfast. Lots to do nearby too, beach, Perpignan, Carcassone, Spain. We will come back when we get the chance!
