  • Ground floor with incredible sea views in Calella de Palafrugell.
    Located in a very quiet area of Calella, it is part of a community with garden and swimming pool. There is also a pool for little children.
    Located on top of a hill, the sea views are striking from the terrace, the dining room and the master bedroom.
    The apartment is practical since there is no architectural barrier to access it and the parking space is just in front of the entrance door.
    It has 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin rooms, 2 bathrooms renovated and a fully renovated kitchen (with dishwasher). 
    Well equipped but simple.
    Suitable for 8 occupants.
    The beach is approximately at 1 Km.
    Pets are allowed

Excellent lieu!

Sur les hauteurs, superbe vue depuis la terrasse. Très adapté avec des enfants : jeux, jardin, piscine.Appartement spacieux et bien équipé.À quelques minutes du centre et des plages.
