"Schönes Blockhaus mit ein paar Mängeln, geräumig mit viel Platz für eine große Familie. Bettenlager oben leider nicht über Türe / Vorhang verschließbar, daher die warme Luft, Licht und Geräusche vom Wohn- Küchenbereich. Schimmel in den Duschfugen, Duschabtrennung lose, während des Saunabetriebes leider keine Heizung im Wohn- Essbereich und Toilette. Beschreibung des Hauses nicht detailliert, Ausflugstipps Fehlanzeige. Brennholz wurde bei Nachfrage noch Nachgeliefert. Trotz der Mängel schön."

"Ylläsvärni ist ein ganz kleines Örtchen kurz vor Äkäslompolo. Ein Auto ist notwendig, auch weil das Ferienhaus etwas abseits super ruhig im Wald liegt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, alles funktionierte problemlos."

"Das Haus ist gross und super gelegen. Als wir ankammen, war die Heizung ausgeschaltet, der Kaminabzug geschlossen und der Geschirrspüler komplett ausgeschaltet. Die Betten sind sehr schmal und es hat nur eine Dusche, was bei 8-12 Personen zu wenig ist. Alle Informationen zum Haus waren nur auf Finnisch geschrieben. 3 Zimmer im EG, 6 Betten im offenen Obergeschoss (Treppe nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet). Ansonste hat es uns gut gefallen, besonders die Sauna mit direktem Zugang zum Garten war top."

"Vesi oli poikki, kun myöhään tulimme, niin ei saatu apua mistään. Ohjeissa ei mainintaa asiasta. Soitettiin kahteen eri numeroon mitä löysimme kansiosta. Aamulla löytyi sulku saunan lauteiden alta ja saatiin vesi päälle, mutta se ei lämmennyt. Onneksi löytyi ruuvimeisseli, jolla saatiin ruuvattua boilerin lauennut lämpösuojan kansi auki ja laittettua suoja päälle. Vastaus soitto tuli vasta parin päivän päästä."

"Mökin varustetaso ei jättänyt juuri toivomisen varaa. Tehosekoittimesta lähtien kaikki mahdolliset kodinkoneet löytyivät. Astiasto myöskin täydellisyyttä hipova. Ainoa mitä ei ollut, oli veitsenteroitin. Sitä kyllä tarvittaisiin. Veitsiä oli paljon mutta suurin osa tylsiä. Avaimien saanti aiheutti ainoa miinuksen kohteessa. Omassa sopimuksessa saanti kello 16 ja avainpalvelu ilmoitti että heidän sopimuksen mukaan vasta klo 18. Asiasta käytiin kipakka s -postien vaihto ja avain saatiin ajoissa."

"Hard to find address and information about cleaning. Also hard to find information about key. They only spoke finnish at first. The information i got through booking and by email was like 15 mails with walls of text. It could have been one mail with less text and simpler instructions."

"관광이 아닌 여행을 원하신다면 꼭 들려보세요. Truly an unspeakable experience. We visited in January 2025 to enjoy the Finnish winter, and this place provided an unforgettable time. We were lucky enough to see the aurora on our first night. Their spa facilities are excellent, and they even offer an ice bath experience in the river (we were too scared to try—lol). The cracking sounds in the forest were unlike anything we've experienced before. At first, it feels strange and intimate, but once you realize it's the sound of wood cracking due to the extreme cold, it becomes part of the unique natural experience. Coming from the U.S., we'd never heard anything like it. Interestingly, when we visited Saariselkä afterward, we didn’t hear that sound again—truly a one-of-a-kind memory. Overall, we had a great time. One small issue: we had heater problems twice during our 3-night stay. However, the maintenance team responded immediately and resolved the issue quickly. I believe this has likely been fully resolved by now. Oh, and their glögi? The best we had in all of Finland (we had glögi every day—lol). A truly wonderful experience. "
