Property has a nice ocean view and was a 5 minute walk to a nice beach, Grocery stores are a 10 minute walk away. Restaurants are a 15 minute walk away with lots of options. Property was light and spacious and had everything we needed.

Hi Paul and Tina, Thank you so much for our stay at your lovely suite. We appreciated how clean and nicely decorated it was. The local artwork is very beautiful. You have thought of everything! It was nice to have extra serving dishes, box of kleenex, cooking oil, salt and pepper, shampoo, and the soap in both the bathroom and kitchen area - all things we do not have in the holiday park place we are now staying in. We also appreciate the recycling bin and compost pail provided - very happy to see this feature. You've spoiled us! Excellent choice for a small family

Nice location between the shops and Waitangi Treaty Grounds. I was able to walk into town for groceries in just a few minutes - it's a lovely walk too, just above the shore. The ferry to Russell and Oteihei Bay is right there as well. There's a park with a playground at the end of the street. Paihia Apartments have a washer and dryer in the garage, plus a small kitchen. The owners are friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely quiet apartment just round the corner from the main Paihia town. Good beach in a few steps. Everything you could think you might need is in the apartment. Highly recommend.

Tina was an excellent host and provided for our every need even the soap powder for the washing machine! The kitchen was well equipped so that we could self-cater easily. We enjoyed the lovely shortbread in the gift box with our cup of tea on arrival. These apartments are within easy walking distance of Waitangi.

Wandering around Paihia

The Paihia apartment was perfect for our short term stay in Paihia. Close to hiking trails and cultural experiences. The only downside to the unit was there was no oven but we did have a grill. The host is a wonderful and available to answer questions.

Fantastic Spacious Family Apartment

We were so impressed, and loved the homely feel of our stay. Having the garage access meant we were able to safely store our bikes and it was great for the kids to have a separate room from us. Super Clean and Spacious in a nice quiet location but still close to the beach and park. Def recommend
