「Lovely guesthouse that has been updated but still has kept its beautiful character. The owners Carl & Tace were so friendly from the get-go and we really liked our room, especially the bed itself, how clean it was and the location. 「Arrived at the Mews and had difficulty finding keys as instructions were not very clear. I had paid extra for a parking permit and no permit was provided in the unit, had to pay again to park car on street as we were warned that they monitor these streets day and night. We booked this unit as we needed to do some laundry, it lists a washer and dryer in the amenities to find out we only had a washing machine and no dryer. Tried calling the housekeeping number and did not get an answer till 9am...

「This is a very comfortable apartment. The information on the Internet implies that the unit has a washer/ dryer. This is not the case. We were able to use the washers located in the basement, but this is not what we were looking for and expecting. That was the only disappointment. The walk to and from town was a good workout! Overall, we enjoyed the apartment and our visit to this part of England.」
