Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Dawkins Manor in Bermuda. The hotel is nestled in a safe neiggborhood, few mins from a supermarket and in a peaceful setting. It has a full kitchen which was very useful. The owner was very friendly and nice. Overall nice place to stay in Bermuda.

Everything I needed

Great central location to beaches, groceries and multiple bus stops. Spent three nights here and it felt like home. Room had everything I could have needed. Yes it is a little dated but the sheets were clean and the room was well AC’d. A perfectly well equipped kitchenette. Not the greatest water pressure in the shower if that matters to you. Celia was a delight, would stay again/ recommend for anyone looking for a simple and comfortable stay.

Great location for grocery ,bus, Hamilton, and the glorious beaches on the south coast. Owner helpful when we really needed her. Daily housekeeping was well done. We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment. The property was clean and quiet. The stocked kitchen and the nearby grocery store allowed us to eat some meals in, which was convenient and helped save some money. The owner, Celia, was very kind and helpful, even offering to take us to the airport if our taxi didn't show up. The apartment was walking distance to Elbow Beach, and easy bus rides to Hamilton, the South Shore, and attractions in the North. I would recommend Dawkins Manor. Thank you for a lovely stay!

INCREDIBLE HOSPITALITY, CLEAN, GREAT VALUE!

Tremendous hospitality by Ms. Dawkins. I felt the utmost welcome, safety, and kindness during my trip to Bermuda and will definitely be returning. Clean, cozy, comfortable, and spacious and really felt like I was staying with family. I can’t recommend this hidden gem enough. Ms. Dawkins takes great pride in the property she built and cared for with a labor of love over the last 40 years. There’s a pool on property and a store right down the block for convenience. Not far from Hamilton. Great value! So happy I chose to stay at Dawkins Manor under the care of the absolute nicest lady on the island!

We enjoyed our stay at Dawkins Manor very much. Miss Dawkins was welcoming and kind and treated us like family. The room was spotless and comfortable. The location was ideal for catching the bus to Hamilton and the beaches, as well as a local grocery store at the bottom of the hill. We can't recommend this place enough! Definitely a hidden gem!

Great Location & Clean

Our room was super clean and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Location of the manor was excellent - there’s a grocery store down the street, 3 bus stops nearby, the Railway Trail is about a 5 min walk away, Hamilton and the south shore beaches are both a 15 min bus ride, and finally, Elbow Beach is about a 20 min walk away.

We had a very pleasant stay here for the SailGP week. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, Miss Dawkins is easy to communicate with and helpful. Although the guesthouse itself is not modern, we thought it an authentic Bermudian stay and were really happy with our room and the area. Highly recommend.

Celia was very nice and accommodating for all needs. The place is clean, quiet and convenient for bus and scooter rental. I would certainly stay there again. Even when the main water pump went out, she got it fixed straight away and was very apologetic.

Short walking distance to the neighborhood supermarket, a couple of good restaurants, bus stops and the beach. The place is clean and functional. If it weren’t for the old plastic flowers everywhere, I would say a charming and modern place as well.

Convenient location with a market just a few minute walk away. Celia took great care of us during our stay. Had an issue with the credit card machine, so had to get cash to pay for the room. Our room wasn't anything fancy but had everything we needed and was clean.
