Charming vacation home for boaters, fishermen, and hunters.

This charming two bedroom one bath home is located in the heart of historic Grand Rivers, KY. Stay here and you will be in the center of all the lakes area has to offer. This vacation home is within walking distance from both Kentucky and Barkley lakes. These lakes are famous for their bountiful fishing as well as recreation. There are public/free launch ramps available for you to enjoy time on the beautiful lakes. Bring your own boat or rent one at many of the near by marinas.

If you are a land lover come and enjoy nature at its finest at the beautiful Land Between the Lakes Recreation area (LBL). LBL is the perfect place to get your fix of hiking, biking, nature viewing or just enjoying a leisurely drive through this picturesque country side.

And don't forget dinning out. When staying here you will be next door to the famous Patti's 1880's Restaurant and Settlement. Enjoy a delicious meal and walk off dessert at one of the many shops located in the settlement.

Stay here and you wont want to leave.

This house has all the luxuries of home. It comes with a full size washer and dryer, and the kitchen features a full size electric stove, microwave and refrigerator. The cabinets are stocked with pots, pans, dinner wear, utensils and all the essentials to prepare a meal. The dining room has seating for six as well as a breakfast nook for smaller gatherings. The living room has a 55 inch flatscreen smart TV, wi-fi, comfortable couch, arm chair and side chair.

There is a queen bed in one bedroom and a full size bed in the other, both with new mattresses and spacious closets and dressers. The living room and dining room are beautifully decorated with a combination of traditional and modern pieces that give it a cozy and inviting feel with new carpet throughout.

Enjoy the outdoors and some privacy while sitting on the back patio. A patio table, four chairs, and sunbrella are included or choose to sit on the front porch swing and say hello to passers by. This property also features a covered carport, paved driveway and a large yard.

Peaceful and adorable

We loved staying here. It was clean, close to restaurants and the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the birds and watching the wildlife. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. Check in was a piece of cake. We enjoyed our stay with them and would stay again!

This little two bedroom home was perfect for our getaway. Very clean, super well stocked and supplied, comfortable beds, quiet, neighborhood, and in walking distance to pretty much everything. We enjoyed watching the deer in the backyard every evening and heard the coyotes, but didn’t see them. Would highly recommend.

Grand Rivers Vacation

Property was very clean and comfortable - seemed like home away from home. Much more enjoyable than staying at a motel. All amenities needed were provided and many thoughtful ones added. Property was close enough to "town" that we were able to walk to most functions without having to bother with finding suitable parking.

We loved our stay at this cute little house. Truly your home away from home. Comfortable beds, nice furnishings. Nice little touches like a basket of blankets to snuggle in while watching tv on the nights it got cold. The owners have really tried to anticipate things you might need. There was even a karaoke machine!

Perfect Getaway Close To Town

Well maintained and furnished older home with all the typical amenities. Beautiful deck and backyard area with view of plenty of wildlife (10 deer plus 3 foxes the first evening). Location is just minutes from downtown Grand Rivers without feeling like you are “in town”. We rented a golf cart and used it for transportation around the town which the kids loved. The whole family enjoyed our stay!

Very nice people to work with. House was very clean and had everything you would need. Property was close to a number of things to do yet at the same time it where the house was located it was so peaceful. Lovely Trip!

Wonderful back deck to enjoy morning coffee! Saw a doe calmly crossing and spent every morning listening to the crow family discussing daily plans. Hosts are quick to respond. Decor is spot on and comfy. Wish the bathroom was centrally located but hey...we made it work and the bathroom was well appointed. Will definitely stay with them again!
