Polcarrek is a contemporary detached 4-bedroom holiday home with bright airy rooms throughout. The spacious open plan Kitchen/Dining room with access to the patio is perfect for family dining and socialising. Enjoy a glass of something cold and relax watching the sunset over Trevose headland from the Living Room and Balcony.
Spend the long summer days swimming and boarding at Trevone Bay just a 500m walk via the coastal footpath, or days relaxing in the suntrap garden, and evenings on the patio.
Polcarrek is an ideal base for exploring the local bays and coastal paths being located within an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The property offers guests private lawned gardens and patio area with parking for 3 cars and is conveniently located just 500 metres from Trevone's Sandy and Rocky Beaches.
On entering the property guests are greeted with:
Open Plan Kitchen/Dining/Day Room with views over countryside to Trevose Headland and the North Cornish Coast. French doors to the side of the property provide access to Patio area from which can be enjoyed the sunshine during much of the day.
The Kitchen is comprehensively equipped with Range style electric double oven with seven gas burners, tall fridge, colour TV, dishwasher and central island with breakfast bar. A large dining room table and chairs for 8 makes an ideal entertaining area with benefit of a comfy sofa for relaxing. The owner has even thought to provide a wide range of cookery books, just in case you run out of meal ideas! French doors give access to the side of the house.
Utility Room with tiled floor, washing machine and tumble dryer, separate freezer, large Butler style sink
The property has 4 bedrooms -2 with en-suite facilities. 3 of the bedrooms and the family bathroom are situated on the ground floor.
Bedroom One - Overlooking rear garden. King size bed. built-in double wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, TV and door to patio area.En-suite shower room with corner shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom Two - Overlooking rear garden. Super King zip and link bed (or twin bed configuration, please request this on booking) built-in double wardrobe, chest of drawers and door to patio area. Bedroom Three - Twin beds with built-in wardrobe. Chest of drawers, bedside table.
Family Bathroom - Modern bathroom suite, roll-top bath with shower over, WC, wash hand basin, feature radiator.Access to the First Floor is via oak staircase with feature low voltage lighting.
Main Bedroom - Super King bed with French doors to Juliette Balcony, Velux windows on two elevations from which can be enjoyed views to Madrips, Gulland and Trevone Bay. Two double built-in wardrobes, two chest of drawers, colour TV.
En-suite bathroom- modern bathroom suite comprising of roll top bath, Shower enclosure with drencher head shower, WC, glass wash hand basin, feature coiled heated towel rail and Velux window.
Spacious L shaped Living Room - From the West facing Living Room/Balcony can be enjoyed stunning sunsets throughout the year with magnificent views to Trevose headland and the coast. 55" Smart TV and DVD player. 3 comfortable sofas (2x4 seater sofas and 1x2 seater sofa) plus additional seating. French doors lead to: Balcony with stainless steel and glass detailing. Outside table and chairs.
Outside
Patio: Paved Patio, Patio furniture. Outside Hot and Cold Shower Rear Garden - Timber decked patio area leading to private enclosed lawned garden.
Please Note: Access and Parking - Polcarrek is situated on a private access road with 2 traffic calming speed humps and there is driveway with parking for 3 cars.
Linen and Towels are provided
Pet friendly - 2 dogs maximum (£30 per pet per stay)
Please note: Entry to the property is from 4pm and departure is at 10am prompt.

We had a brilliant stay at Polcarrek, the house is ideal for our family of 6! Plenty of space to spread out, great garden with fabulous views and very useful outdoor shower after returning from the beach. Great views from the balcony and day bed, enjoyed brilliant sunset's.
Booking was very easy and when I did have a question the staff were excellent at getting back to me.
