"Great place, even warmer staff that really make the place worth the stay. Great food and very cozy bar! We stayed in the mountain suite which was great value for money. Will stay here again next time we visit"

"The property is not well maintained, things are left here and there. The management staff was rude and not accomodating. Do not book the room with commom washroom as those washroom and not clean. Room carpets were old and dusty and room had weird smell. Really didnt like the stay. Location is uphill where its difficult to get to it even with car. Travel with less stuff if you are planning to stay here so you are walk uphill."

"We didn’t receive what it showed in pictures Rooms were dirty especially bathroom was disgusting. It smelled like cigarettes in the room I went with my gf and they disappointed me by giving me such a filthy room and I paid top price for it after seeing the pictures and knowing it would be an amazing stay for us. Overall it was waste of money and time. We didn’t even stay there and left the place "

"Nice hotel with brilliant views of the snow capped mountains. The rooms look a bit tired although are comfortable. No AC but you don’t really need it and no heating which you do need - so ask for a heater. Food is limited but what they do is nice."

"So the stay was good and comfortable and all the basic amenities were there,but when it comes to food it is very costly..normal ginger tea cost was 150rs/ for single cup,I understand hotel is situated on high altitude but the food prices were very high also you can not get taxis easily from outside of the hotel untill you have booked it from there travel desk or you have your own vehicle…rest all was good"
