Up on The Olive's Hill the perfect place to relax. The house is surrounded by nature. Olive trees, maritime pine, cycas, figs and a huge garden will give you a unique sense of peace. Wherever you look the lake is exactly in front of you. An amazing ancient Roman's monastery. The house is in an excellent position and the wind can always be cuddle you. Very close to the center of Desenzano and to the kind of comfort you need.

Lovely place lovely hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well equipped, clean and ideal for us, two adults and two young children. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Well located at the south of the lake. Beautiful views. Fantastic experience.

Ferienhaus gebucht, Ferienwohnung bekommen

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Nicht schön war und es hat uns gestört, dass wir ein Ferienhaus laut Beschreibung mit eingezäunten Grundstück gebucht hatten!! Was war es! Eine Ferienwohnung mit vielen Wohnungen nebenan und der Garten war für die Allgemeinheit, so dass ich meinen Hund nicht alleine in den Garten lassen konnte!

Sehr schönes Ferienobjekt

Wohnung war sehr schön. Sollte aber als Wohnung inseriert werden. Für Hunde sehr schön, völlig eingezäunt. Etwas laut von der Hauptstraße her. Wunderschöner Blick auf den Gardasee.

Toller Urlaub an einem wunderschönen See

Eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung in fantastischer Lage, ruhig und trotzdem nahe zum Ort. An der Ausstattung der Küche gibt es aber noch Verbesserungsbedarf. Es waren zu wenig Kaffeetassen und Geschirr vorhanden und elementare Werkzeuge wie Knoblauchpresse ein Wetzstahl für die Messer (alle sehr stumpf) fehlten leider. Die Außenbeleuchtung war im Bereich der Schlafzimmer leider nachts sehr hell und störend. Außerdem ist eine Terrassenbeleuchtung mit 2 x 3 großen Strahlern nicht besonders gemütlich und vom Design (IKEA) her ziemlich unstimmig. Vielen Dank an Sara für Ihre wirklich gute Betreuung. Un appartamento davvero bello in una posizione fantastica, tranquilla e allo stesso tempo vicina alla città. Tuttavia, c'è ancora spazio per migliorare la cucina. C'erano troppe poche tazze da caffè e piatti e mancavano, purtroppo, utensili elementari come uno schiaccia aglio e un acciaino per affilare i coltelli (tutti molto spuntati). Purtroppo l'illuminazione esterna era molto intensa e disturbava la notte nella zona notte. Inoltre, l'illuminazione della terrazza con 2 x 3 faretti di grandi dimensioni non è particolarmente accogliente ed è piuttosto incongrua in termini di design (IKEA). Grazie a Sara per le sue ottime cure.

Die Lage ist einmalig schön ! Die Duschen sind nur mit einer Kopfbrause ausgestattet,worauf wir bei OBI kurzerhand Schlauch und Handbrause gekauft und montiert haben. Somit war auch zeitgemäßes Duschen möglich. Liebe Grüße an Sara und Ihre Hunde !!!

Sonniger Herbsturlaub

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage mit toller Aussicht auf den Gardasee. In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Bei uns ging das Wlan nicht, wurde sofort behoben. Ein Fenster im Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht öffnen, konnte auf die Schnelle leider nicht repariert werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Wohnung (Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder) war perfekt für unsere vierköpfige Familie. Sie ist modern, sehr schön gelegen und bietet durch die erhöhte Lage einen tollen Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Super fanden wir auch den offenen Kamin. Grazie Marco e Francesco! :-)

Toller Ausblick mit himmlischer Ruhe

Wir waren bei der Ankunft vom Ausblick überwältigt. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Lediglich mit der ital. Kaffemaschine konnten wir uns nicht anfreunden und hätten uns eine gute alte Filter-Kaffeemaschine gewünscht. Aber das ist ein persönlicher Geschmak :-) . Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos, dank Google Übersetzer kein Problem. Auf Fragen wurde herzlich und prombt reagiertund das schon im Vorfeld der Buchung. Wir haben unseren Urlaub richtig schön genießen können und die Unterkunft kann ich von Herzen empfehlen.

Perfect home away from Home

Really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well kept, very modern and had everything needed for self catering. It was great to have access to the pool which is close by and has beautiful views. It is excellently situated to explore everything that Lake Garda and the surrounding area has to offer. Lohnt sich

Guter Zustand, sehr sauber und alles ordentlich. Gut bestückte Küche, lediglich die Kaffeemaschine ist maximal für zwei Personen geeignet :-) Zu beachten ist, dass man lediglich einen Teil des Hauses mietet, teilweise könnte man das Inserat auch so verstehen, dass das gesamte Haus angemietet wird.
