i think the kindest thing might be to say that its not set up for foreign guests - but the reality is it was disgracefully dirty and how they can get away with calling it 5 stars is beyond me - I left and went to Murcure, totally unacceptable for any guests.

Nice hotel, but the traffic is very poor.

Reasonable hotel rate, near to shopping area. But the traffic is so poor. A bit rundown, but clean. Breakfast is not bad either.

Not a good stay

Not so good as expected to be. The room got no towel and need to call for room service. light not working well, hair dryer short circuited and not working. only one tooth brush and we are couple, need to share.Noisy outside from the road and also along the corridor.

I wouldn't recommend

This hotel is very old and dirty. I wouldn't recommend. Staff were very friendly and helpful and right next door to Shopping mall (however nothing interesting to buy)

Not bad

The most impressive thing about the hotel is the ceiling in the lobby, but otherwise it feels a little tired in places. The swimming pool was either having something reconstructed or was completed, either way it didn't look great and the changing rooms weren't pleasant. There were some great views from the bedroom but it looked like the windows hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The location is right next to the nicest part of the town though you wouldn't guess it from looking outside. Beware of taxis through the concierge, they are much more than 5 yards away on the road (and the general going rate), I agreed a fee and then the driver turned up and asked for more and refused to take me to the airport until I paid. I almost missed the flight.
