「Day one the front desk lady was amazing!!! Day 2 and 3 the staff was polite but asked twice if the soap dispenser could be fixed, took me to remove from wall and take it to them. Morning breakfast was below average as the food had to be warmed up in the microwave. Coffee was also below average (weak). Water was dripping in the bathroom in the tub , could not get it to stop. Beds were very comfortable.」

「The resort is very nice. We had cabin 7 and the view is nice. The resort is about 2 miles from Keystone, 11 miles from Mount Rushmore. Very convent location. We would definitely stay there again.」

「Good location. By nice creek and park and lake. Easy drive to Rushmore, Custer Sp, Crazy Horse, Deadwood and Sturgis and downtown Rapid City and the Badlands. Laundry. Helpful staff.」

「Two things I wish I realized before booking. 1. This property is NOT connected to the same building as the pool or the breakfast. You need to walk outside. 2. The breakfast was a Jimmy Deans microwave sandwich, cereal with carafe milk, juice, and a prepackaged Danish pastry. We didn't have hot water day one but the facility fixed that by end of day. The room was nice and clean. We had a full kitchen with basic cookware, living room and two bedrooms. The pool was big, clean, and there were a...

「We got there just as everything was opening. The lodge is clean , comfortable and helpful in showing us where the outside camp kitchen was in order to grill steaks. Sleeping was a little challenging as a bus full of teenagers pulled up and basically ran up and down the halls and stairs all night. Kids will be kids. I was just wondering where are the adults. It was kinda rude and inconsiderate」

「The hotel is very old and run down. 2 floors did not have a working ice machine. The shower in the tub did not work properly or drain properly.」

「Confusing parking, not easy to re-lock door. Nasty seasonal large bugs. Dead bugs in room. Expensive for what we got but popular area. But it was quiet and conveniently located.」
