Top Pacific States Hotel Reviews

Hilton Los Angeles Airport
10/10 Excellent
"I lost my car in the parking garage and could not remember where I parked it. The security guy went to find my car for me. That was very helpful and he found my car with a smile. That was an above and beyond approach to taking care of your guest."

The Belltown Inn

"Good location. Staff were friendly and really helpful. "

Hotel Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf
10/10 Excellent
"Stayed 5 days with my wife. This hotel was fantastic. Great location near the fishermen’s wharf and walking distance to tons of great sights. The bed was comfortable room was clean. The hotel lobby was lively in the evening with a bar that seemed busy every day and lots of seating outside with fire tables to gather at. Breakfast was awesome, tons of selection but can be very busy depending on the time you showed up (earlier is better if you don’t want to wait), The fitness gym was very well equipped if you enjoy a workout. There is a Trader Joes and 7/11 very close for any supplies you need. If there was any issue I had it would be my room was on the ground floor, road noise and people in the street talking was a thing. As well if you like a cool room like us the air conditioning was loud. We tried to run the fan to drown out the noise but it only ran when it cooled so you would have to listen to it kick on and off many times in the night. Minor but was noticeable. I would recommend anyone stay when visiting."

Portola Hotel & Spa at Monterey Bay

"Fantastic location. Clean rooms . Love this hotel"

Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort
2/10 Terrible
"Disgusting hotel rooms. Dead bugs under bed. Sheets had stains. Unhealthy and unsanitary rooms. Made me want to barf… I had to sleep in a rental car until I rented another hotel room at a different resort… they also charged me over $100 in long distance phone calls when I didn’t even use their hotel phone. This place is a scam and discusting. Stay away please"

Prince Waikiki
4/10 Poor
"Very disappointing experience, especially for families travelling with infants. Unfortunately, this was the only negative part of our Hawaii trip. Communication regarding the authorization hold was inconsistent at check-in, which created unnecessary confusion and stress. We also experienced extremely slow service for a simple request for plates and bowls to prepare baby food, eventually needing to purchase them ourselves after waiting over 45 minutes while our baby was hungry. The biggest frustration was the late checkout situation. We were initially told complimentary checkout until 1 PM was available, only to have that reversed later the same morning. For guests travelling with a newborn, the lack of flexibility was disappointing — especially when the hotel suggested paying for an additional night but still could not guarantee room access before 4 PM. To make matters worse, the “king bed” did not feel like a true king size and was noticeably smaller than expected for a family travelling with a baby. Luxury hospitality should include convenience, communication, and compassion for families. Unfortunately, this stay felt more policy-focused than guest-focused, and I would not recommend this property to friends or family travelling with infants. Also, rooms for the following night still appeared available online at the time."

DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport

"Room was very clean, the gym was awesome, very quiet at night. Will definitely stay again"

The Sofia Hotel
8/10 Good
"A solid downtown base with a few caveats The Sofia does what it needs to do and does it well. The room was clean, the staff was genuinely friendly, and the location is hard to beat — right in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, walking distance from restaurants, and a city bus stop. That said, a couple of things worth knowing before you book: the carpets and hallways carry a musty smell that reminds you this is an older building. And my room had no operable window — sealed shut, no fresh air whatsoever. For some that won’t matter, but if you like to crack a window at night, this isn’t the place. Overall, good value for the location. Just go in with the right expectations and you’ll be happy."

Hyatt Regency Los Angeles International Airport
2/10 Terrible
"Our ONE night stay with you was a NIGHTMARE! My husband and I were in bed and at 10:30 pm my husband got up to use the bathroom only to find the SINK stopped up with what looked like feces that was overflowing to the ground of the floor. I had my suitcase in the floor with toiletries all around the sink. We immediately called the front desk and immediately had to clear everything of mine out of the bathroom. The front desk woman sent up a plumber with a plunger for the toilet. IT WASNT THE TOILET! The woman was telling me to put my hand in the water to push the drain plug. The drain plug wasn’t shut.caldo the room next to us had the same issues. At this late of night we had to repack our belongings and change rooms. The front desk said there was no one to help us and we had to get dressed and go DOWN to the front desk to get a new key. NO HELP FROM THE HYATT PERSONNEL !! Upon check out the next day the woman was nice and said they would comp our previous night’s dinner. NOPE! I got billed for it today. I am expecting them to make this right. What a disgusting inconvenience with very little support from the Hyatt staff!! The lies and said my dinner would be computed. Today I see they charged me!"
