「All staff were great, both at front desk and in the pub. I guess the only thing I might update is that the room we booked was listed as having a kitchenette, but there was no cooktop. I suppose a micorwave sorta counts, but I had brought a steak to cook! ;) Nice balcony overlooking the river. Might get an umbrella out there, or maybe an awning for bit of shade. Otherwise, room 18 was great.」
