「Our room was clean and large but a bit outdated and some things were in disrepair. The bathroom door would not fully close due to being warped. There is a spot at the edge of the carpet that is worn through which is a bit unsightly and potentially dangerous due to the metal edging of the carpet. The shower head is outdated and doesn’t produce a very strong stream of water. The bed was very comfortable although a bit soft. The bath towels are very cheap and thin. 「Super ruhige Lage und nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand. Dort konnten wir sogar vom Ufer aus Buckelwale beobachten. Personal super freundlich. An der Rezeption bekommt man kostenlos Wasser, Tee, Kaffee und Kakao. Den Toaster kann man dort ebenfalls nutzen um sich mitgebrachten Toast zuzubereiten. Schöner, sauberer Pool und Whirlpool. Nie überfüllt. Insgesamt gepflegte Anlage. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.」

「We enjoyed staying at Deer Haven Inn. Perfect for a place to sleep comfortably and spend the rest of your day enjoying Monterey. Deer Haven is an older inn, but well maintained, very clean and beds comfortable. They are pet friendly for a few of course. The price is very reasonable. 」

「We stayed at 180 degree ocean views for three nights. The house was as advertised and perfect for our family of four. The host was fantastic. The neighborhood was safe, walking friendly, and close to great restaurants. The walk to Lover's Point was nice and the seals were visible from the house during morning coffee. Stay here!」

「The room was nice and we were in a great location. The place was filled with men visiting for car week, but most of the time they weren’t revving their cars and being obnoxious. Other than that, the place was quiet and nice. Although the manager told me they had no ice bucket or glasses, when we arrived, we discovered there were both. It was convenient for us to get more coffee and ice. 」
