Snowbirds, workers on assignment and other travelers will appreciate that the home is well-equipped for extended stays.

Living Space
Recently remodeled, this delightfully bright, 1,440 sf home has sunlight streaming through windows from all sides and LED lighting throughout the house. Attractive engineered wood floors in the common areas and cozy carpet in the bedrooms.
The living area has comfortable seating arranged around the decorative fireplace and a wifi-enabled Smart TV with streaming options (guests should bring the logins for their own subscription accounts).

Kitchen and Dining
The modern kitchen is adorned with beautiful quartz countertops and is well-equipped to help you craft delicious meals with its updated stainless steel appliances.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the front patio and entertain in the back yard with a deck and wonderful privacy fence.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom #3 has a full size day-bed (no trundle).
The hall bathroom has a standing shower. Both bathrooms have been fully updated with new fixtures and finishes.

A clothes washer and dryer are on hand for your convenience.

Parking for one vehicle in the garage and more space in the driveway and in front of the house.

Well-behaved pets are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. The back yard is fully fenced.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
