「This place was AMAZING!! The complimentary breakfast and wine happy hour were such a special touch that also brought all the guest's together. Whenever I am back in Pacific Grove, I will be stayingat the Charles. :) One of the best stays I have had in a long time.」

「This inn is very nice place for my feeling of nature by the sea. I’m particularly recommend of the hospitality the staff!! There is a bus stop nearby.

「This nearly-new hotel is perfectly situated in Pacific Grove, just 2 blocks from the beach and Lover's Point. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with a balcony facing the courtyard. There was some noise from live music and the courtyard lounge, so if you want a quiet room, ask for an outside-facing one. Staff were courteous and helpful, and it was a smooth stay. Would definitely recommend and return to stay again.」

「Friendly, helpful staff」

「Hallways and elevator were dirty. The alarm was going off from 6-7 am. Where were the employees?」

「Nice lil hotel. Rooms are old but comfy and ckean, staff is great! Just don’t have an issue before 9am.」

「Nothing particular」

「Very nice place. The room was beautiful and kept up well. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked wonderfully. The staff was helpful and friendly. Very convenient location, right in down town Pacific Grove. Several restaurants just a short walk away. On site parking was convenient.」

「Pacific Grove was lovely, and I had an amazing stay.」

「Great Hotel location. Walls weren't very solid and we could hear our next door guest watching a movie.」
