「Juan was an exceptional host. He was in contact with us prior to our arrival and provided clear instructions and many useful tips. Pool got firstly a few hours after arriving, no hot water for shower, lots of bugs got bit by so many mosquitoes every night even on my face, water leaked through the roof when it rained, top toilet didn’t flush, took a whole day to respond back when messaging owner 」
