「グアテマラ初旅行で、安全面を心配していましたが、夜でも比較的安全な印象でした。小さな町に感じのいいカフェやレストランがたくさんあります。ホテルの位置は、町の中心からすこし離れてはいますが、数ブロックなので歩ける距離です。スタッフは感じのいい人達です。ただ、私たちの泊まった部屋はベットの周辺にスペースがわずかあるだけで、息苦しくて狭い、という印象が否めません。５月に入ってシーズンオフだったせいもありますが、町の中心部にもっと広くて快適でリーズナブルなホテルがいろいろあったので、価格に見合ってないと思いました。」

「庭もインテリアも素敵です。お部屋もきれいし、ヘアドライヤーも貸してくれました。金庫もあるし、ミネラルウォーターも置いてくれてます。朝ごはんも豪華。朝の4時出発の私にサンドイッチなどの持っていける朝食を作って一緒にバスを待ってくれて心強かったです。スタッフは英語を話すので何でも相談にのってくれました。」
