'Once Upon A Tide' Seabrook, WA beach home

No comfort is left behind in this Pacific Beach home. The 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath vacation rental, ‘Once Upon A Tide,’ is ideal for families and friends seeking a coastal escape. The home, in Seabrook, is a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a block from restaurants and shops. After a day of exploring, enjoy a drink by the fire pit, or soak in the private hot tub.
Pets welcome (2 max) for a $50 additional fee. You will receive a price alteration request after booking.
The space
Main Floor
The living room has a sectional couch, two armchairs, and fireplace. Grab a throw blanket and choose from a selection of books to enjoy by the fire. The open kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking, baking, and entertaining. The island seats 3, and an extended dining room table seats 8. A small powder room is adjacent. The back door leads to a spacious deck with a Weber grill and large outdoor table which also sits 8 comfortably. This is the perfect place to enjoy dinner with friends and family.

Top Floor
The upstairs has a master suite with a plush king size mattress, flat screen TV, two closets, and private full size bathroom. Down the hall is a kid’s room with a built in bunk bed (with extra long mattresses). An additional bunk bed is located directly across from the bed room on the landing. At the end of the hall is a second private bedroom with queen size bed that features an ocean view. Another full bathroom is adjacent.

Lower Floor
Downstairs you will find a large media room with an oversized couch, armchair, and a big screen TV with Cable, Netflix/DVD blue-ray player, and Xbox gaming system. In the media cabinet, you can choose from a selection of board games to play or movies to watch. Down the hall, there in a private guest room with a king sized bed with another full sized bath.
Dog Friendly. We love dogs. The front yard is fully fenced and the home comes with a dog bed and food bowls.

Backyard
Out the back door, there is a hot tub where you can relax and unwind after a day at the beach, or use the private fire pit and make s’mores! There is also an outside shower to use to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Guest access
The entire home will be available to you, and your party only. You will have full access to everything inside the home. You will have full access to a gated front yard, and a backyard as well. There is a private hot tub and fire pit in back. Additionally, there is a front porch, and back deck (along with bbq) for use. You will have access to parks, and walking paths around the Seabrook community.
*Please note that Seabrook doesn’t allow guests access to the community pool.
