「Wonderful cozy house. Kids had a great time with their private area upstairs, living room was comfortable, hot tub looked relaxing however we didn’t have time to try it out so I can’t give that a rating. Richard was great to deal with, lots of updates details and very quick responses」

「This is a great little cottage that is close to the main section of Seabrook. It was truly a delight staying here and we hope to come back again. Very clean and quite functional, even for four guests (only it was just the two of us). The hot tub in the back is a great way to unwind from a day at the beach. Really appreciate the host having coffee to enjoy in the mornings. A nice plus! I highly recommend staying here, as the location and host are fantastic! 」

「Excellent stay! Mary is so kind and welcoming. I asked about a muffin pan so my daughter and I could prepare quick on-the-go breakfast and Mary went out and bought one before we arrived. We had the pleasure of chatting with her our first morning and immediately knew we had chosen the right spot. Anything you need, she'll take care of you. The decor is beach perfect, beds were comfy, the shower pressure was great, and we had everything we needed. Just two blocks from the beach and an awesome...
