  • The accommodation Villa Rosa with sea access in Pachino is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The property, spread over two floors, consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and can accommodate up to six people. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, heating, washing machine and TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The private outdoor area includes a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue, a playground and two outdoor showers. There is also a private wellness area with a hot tub and a wonderful sea view. The villa offers direct access to the beach, which is hardly accessible to passersby and therefore almost private. Splendido!!!
