"Very friendly reception by owner, Piero. Large comfortable room in private home on semi rural property a few kilometers outside Modica. Amazing breakfasts with local products and home made jams and cakes. Free security parking in front of building. Very nice lounge area with sofa and TV. "I had a great 5 night stay here. Laura, the hostess, is very warm and friendly and makes a great breakfast each morning. The rooms are very clean and cozy, and they are cleaned every morning of your stay. The property is about a 3-5 minute drive from Scicli, and I didn't have a problem finding free parking each time I drove in to Scicli (I was there at the end of September). "The property is beautiful surrounded by lemon trees. It is located off of a busy road which is only accessible by vehicle. You can't walk to Noto, it is very dangerous. You definitely need a car and if I had known, i would not have stayed there. The owner Fabrizio was very helpful and so was Sergio. The Breakfast was mediocre, and beds were comfortable. I think that it was expensive for what we got."
