"This is a boutique like hotel. The property is very clean. I can tell that they take pride with the upkeep of the place and the staff is very kind. "Nos dieron un cuarto que no era el que reservamos porque sobre vendieron el hotel. Nos dieron spa de regalo por el mal rato y no servia nada de las instalaciones: ni el hidrocarburos ni los saunas calentaban. Hicieron un concierto en el lobby del hotel y no se podía descansar por la bulla. El desayuno elemental (tuvimos que ir a desayunar a otro lugar). Y el recepcionista renegó unas cuantas veces de problemas internos al frente mio… muy poco profesional todo. El hotel es bonito pero me lleve una mala experiencia con la atención y encima no responden. "
