「The air conditioning in my room did not work. I reported it several times, and staff kept saying they were working on it, but nothing was resolved. I requested another room and was told none were available. The only solution offered was a fan. I paid full price for a room with working air conditioning, and a fan was not an acceptable replacement. Because the issue remained unresolved, I left and returned home. I am requesting a refund because I did not receive the accommodations I paid for.」

「AC was not working, the door of my room was not working properly.」

「Honestly this property was SUPERB. 9/10 The cleanest hotel Iv stayed in. Everything from the carpeting, bathroom appliances, furniture. SO clean so new feeling it was immaculate! The staff was SOOO nice from the second we arrived. Not even steps from the front door luggage assistance was offered, valet and bellman were fabulous , check in process was easy, bar and restaurant on property was superb. the Only downside why 9/10 instead of 10/10 was that it is directly in the heart of TJ night...

「one of the elevators wasnt working so everyone in the hotel was waiting for the elevator forever. the staff were rude (but so was I... I didnt say "please" and "how are you?"). the in-room desk was topped glass so my laptop mouse didnt work. I had to work in the lobby which has a lot of mini desks and seating so not too much of an issue except for plugs/noise.」

「I enjoyed tijuana. This hotel is convenient. near tijuana down town and easy to access San Diego.」
