「This place was great, close to everything and still a 5 minute kayak from a beautiful river. The place looks better inside than outside, and was well furnished and clean. The coolest thing was the Blackstone grill. I do wish the creek in the back had a nice clean bottom, instead of the mucky murky one, but the water was clean at least. We never did see any manatees, because apparently the usually come up river in the winter time.」

「This place was wonderful! Clean little cabin. We stayed outside most of the time. The dock to the water is just steps away and we spent 80% of our time out there! Although entirely satisfactory, this is an old house and has some quirks, such as a toilet sticking out of a closet in one bedroom and a very spongy floor in some places. 「The house itself is great, large open floor plan. Rooms are separated and spacious and just the right amount of space. The downfall to this rental was the cleanliness of the home. The table tops were dirty. The shower had someone elses hair in the drain. There wasn't extra toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. Which I don't generally expect extra toilet paper but if you leave barely anything on the dispenser then I expect a new one to be somewhere in the home. I had to refill all three bathrooms...

「The website and photos definitely made it appear to be more luxurious than it is in reality. However, we still had an amazing time. The proximity to the springs, ability to rent kayaks on property, and the dining options both on property and nearby were wonderful. The rooms were well kept, but the lack of a microwave was disappointing as well as the entire bathroom situation (not up to date). Overall we had a wonderful experience and might come back again. 」
