Large country place on acreage with pond and plenty of room.

"This property is beautiful. Lots of room for a big family. We stayed with our parents and adult children and grandchildren. The porches were such a nice place to sit and visit. We also loved all the open space. Rooms were set up nicely with options for kids. The dirt road to the property was walkable/joggable and there were a lot of deer on early mornings. Easy drive into Topeka or Lawrence. Also, we were able to get a Walmart delivery even though it’s just outside of town. Lastly, the host was so kind and responsive!! We definitely recommend the property for large families or a few couples visiting the area!"

"Aside from the kids from the hotel across the way coming over and banging on everyone’s door at 11pm, it was a nice place! The girl up front (not sure what her name was) was the sweetest human and very personable and made the experience great. Glad I chose this place to stay at for the night!"

"Where I placed in the hotel, I thought this would not work out for me. After my stay, I liked this part of the hotel. Although it was the older part of the hotel, it was quiet and nice, you can tell how old it was, but it was comfortable."

"We needed to have an elevator for luggage after my husband hurt his back. The hotel clerk was nice enough to carry luggage up three floors in the absence of an elevator."

"The place was perfect for an overnight stay after a wedding we attended. It was easy to find, easy to access, and was clean and cozy! Communication with the host was quick and easy. The stay was great and we would stay again!"
