"This home was perfect for our group of four fly fishing anglers. Peaceful, quiet and beautiful location on the river. Comfortable beds, clean and welcoming. Place has a dock with boat slip for river Jons. We dined out, so did not use cooking amenities. Cotter, Lakeview, Mountain Home, Flippin are conveniently 10-20 minutes away for dining and shopping. As I recall, photos depicted a Mr. Coffee maker which we prepared for, yet the home furnishes a K-cup maker. No worries though, coffee K-cups were available. The HVAC unit is a tad bit noisy and may require a check-up, but we were warm and toasty after long days on the river. Hope to return again. "

"It’s a beautiful house, very comfortable and the owner went above and beyond to make us welcome. I appreciate that there were condiments, butter and water in the fridge. A coffee maker and coffee. A nice sitting area and dining room table plus a cozy eating nook in the kitchen. The decor was lovely. I will definitely make a return visit here!"

"Loved the view. So if you like camping but want a much better experience this is it. You get nice comfy bed, a shower, toilet (compostibg) but better then sh——ing in the woods, some electricity and even some AC, but remember this is glamping and not a full service hotel!! Loved the stay, ill be back again"
