I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ozark Inn and Suites! The property is very well-maintained, and the rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff deserves special appreciation for being extremely responsive, courteous, and attentive to every need. What makes the experience even better is the excellent affordability without compromising on cleanliness, comfort, or service. It is truly a great value for money! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Ozark Inn and Suites to anyone visiting the area. I would definitely love to stay here again. Keep up the excellent work!

It’s a place to stay, that’s it. Room had a bit of smell. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Not sure the room even has a/c. Thankfully it was the cool night I stayed. Would not stay here again.

The bed was comfortable and the towels were replaced daily. That is the only positive aspects I can name. The towels were more like sand paper. They should have been replaced years ago. The toilet paper was never replenished. Luckily I had a spare roll. The air conditioning worked well which was better than our friends rooms. This is an old motel that has had a few upgrades. I would recommend searching for another hotel if possible.

My entire room smelled like weed upon check-in, which I didn’t appreciate very much. And the beds are pretty stiff. I’d consider it somewhere to stay if you have no other options, definitely not a first pick.

I booked a king/non-smoking, upon check in I was told I did not book that room but rather a double/smoking room. She was adamant that I did not book the room that I had and that there were no King/nonsmoking rooms left and asked if I want to cancel the entire reservation!!! I pulled up my reservation on my phone which showed the king/nonsmoking and amazingly they had one available. She was very rude and, had I not had proof of my reservation she was going to put me in something I did not pay for, or worse, cancel the entire reservation.

The owner went above and beyond to accommodate our coffee requirement. He actual brought us a brand new Keurig coffee maker so that we could enjoy our morning coffee during our stay. If the owner is reading this, please check your records because I was charged an extra days stay. I was going to give you a call this weekend anyway. The room was clean and have no complaints. I would book this again.
