My friend and I had the best time at Villa Victoria. The view was stunning. The pool/ patio area was a great place to relax, tan, and spend quality time. It is in a “quieter” part of St. Maarten, which is exactly the vibe we were looking for during this vacation. The team worked hard to keep the villa clean while we were out and about exploring the island. Jenna was excellent at communicating with us the whole time for whatever we needed. She made us feel very comfortable. The villa had everything we needed and so much space. I would love to come back one day. We had such a beautiful time. Thank you so much Jenna and team!

The home met all of our expectations and the pictures perfectly matched what we experienced. Our three adult couples enjoyed the pool, the views and the location. We also really appreciated Sabrina meeting us at our rental car location and leading us to the villa. She provided a fantastic tour of the home and answered all of our questions. We're all ready planning a return trip.

Villa Victoria was the perfect home away from home for our party of six (2 couples and 2 teens). Bedrooms were large enough for everyone and the beds were comfortable. We loved the pool and used it everyday. Great dining on the French side: L’Oasis just over the border (5 mins) or 25 mins away (Grand Case).Sunrise and sunset are spectacular from the property. No traffic in this area. Housekeeping came twice and she was lovely (made it feel like vacation to come back to a tidy place). Mosquitoes were mostly kept at bay with the handy racquet zapper or a little bug spray. Communication with the owners was super quick and helpful. This property is very safe, very beautiful and we would happily stay again.

Villa Victoria really made our St. Martin vacation feel like Paradise! The tropical mountain views from the infinity pool and double balconies were breathtaking day & night. We loved having visits from the monkeys and iguanas (they kept their distance) and felt safe staying in a gated community with a gated home. Jenna, the owner, was excellent at communicating with us, shared a helpful detailed booklet of the home & island and checked in during our stay. The reservation included a Guide that met us at the rental car lot at the airport and lead us to a market before arriving at the home. We were welcomed with a lovely fruit basket & the house is fully stocked, extremely spacious for our family of 5 and a housekeeper did come by the day before we left. There were a few good restaurants we enjoyed at the bottom of the hill and a quick drive to a highly recommended area, Orient Beach. We felt like we made the right choice staying at Villa Victoria for our first visit to Sint Maarten!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

We absolutely loved this home and view! The home was located in a perfect spot to see all of the island. It was super comfortable and the layout was perfect! The owner did a great job thinking about every little detail! The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and it was great for cooking. As for the home, not much more you could ask for! The only issue we had, were the dogs in the neighborhood started barking at the crack of Dawn. Thankfully each bedroom had a storm cover for the windows that went down with a push of a button. It definitely helped to muffle the sounds. We loved our stay and would definitely return back to the same home.

Beautiful Villa and Views

Villa Victoria is a beautiful Villa with an amazing view. The Villa is in a great location and had everything we needed. We loved the infinity pool and grilling/entertainment area. We were disappointed we didn’t get to see any monkeys on the property, but we did get to see some on the drive down the mountain. We can’t wait to go back again!!

Paradise Escape

We had a fantastic time at Villa Victoria. The villa offers spectacular views and the private patios and pools offer a secluded slice of paradise. Home is very clean and well maintained and perfectly matches the photos. Excellent communication with both the owner and local host who met us and guided us to the villa for the first time. Plan to have a car that can handle the steep hills but the ascent to the top is well worth it.

Beautiful Villa Victoria

The Villa Victoria was a perfect place for 3 couples celebrating two 40th birthdays during our stay! Jenna was super helpful during the planning process to help make our trip full of great memories. Some of our fave spots were Loterie Farms, Pinel Island, Boat Charter day + snorkeling, Mullet Bay Beach, & taking in the scenery + pool at Villa Victoria. We also had great food with faves being Rainbow Cafe & Bamboo House! The Villa was very clean & looks exactly like the pictures provided. The views from the upper balcony are stunning!! Loved having coffee/bfast up there each morning. The 3 bedrooms are each very spacious with adjoining bathrooms. Jenna was very communicative with any questions we had. Highly recommend a stay here in St. Martin! :)

Our family’s stay at Villa Victoria in St. Martin was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views that greeted us from every single room in the home. The layout was simply perfect — a seamless flow throughout the villa that made it feel both grand and effortlessly livable. The pool, overlooking the ocean, was an absolute highlight and the setting for many unforgettable moments. Beaches, shopping and restaurants easily accessible from the Villa. The Villa Victoria team made us feel welcomed. Everyone went above and beyond with special touches like greeting us at the airport and escorting us to the Villa, which reduces so much stress and sets a positive tone for your vacation (thank you Sabrina and Frank). Thank you Ivory for keeping the Villa spotless and thank you Paul for supporting an extremely easy departure. What made Villa Victoria truly special, though, was the way it brought us together as a family while still giving each of us our own space to unwind. We laughed, we relaxed, and we reconnected in a way that only the most magical of settings can inspire. We are already dreaming of our return, and without hesitation, we give Villa Victoria our highest recommendation — it is a gem that deserves to be experienced by every family looking for the perfect escape. Thank you Jenna, Justin and the Villa Victoria team for a special experience.
