Top Oxford Hotel Reviews

21c Museum Hotel Durham

10/10 Excellent

"Truly enjoyed this hotel. Located downtown in the heart of everything. It was very clean. Totally loved the museum and bank vault. Staff were amazing as well. Room was spotless."

The Durham Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Durham is not my idea of a sought after destination but i was pleasantly surprised on a recent business trip. This Hotel is really wonderful on several levels. Firstly it’s location in downtown. Durham is fabulous and close to restaurants, coffee places, etc. all within walking distance. The front desk staff in the lobby are extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The rooms are done with modern decor, and there is a slight art deco influence. There is ample parking at lots and garages, including city street parking right next to or adjacent to the hotel. In addition, the restaurant in the hotel itself in the lobby has excellent food at reasonable prices and a fabulous breakfast with complementary coffee for hotel guests. There were a couple of irregularities in the room, which I discussed with the front desk, which were minor. Overall, this is a four star Hotel and very reasonable priced . I highly recommend it and I would return gladly if my travels take me again to Durham NC . One word of caution having nothing to do with the hotel itself. That location downtown one must be somewhat careful and attentive . While not what I would perceive as unsafe, there are occasional homeless people who will ask for change as you’re walking along the sidewalks in the area, but not unlike many major cities in the US."

Unscripted Durham, Part of JDV by Hyatt

10/10 Excellent

"I will stay here again—it’s so centrally located, walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants, cafes, and small businesses. Everyone was so friendly and it was easy to come and go. My room was very clean. I travel a lot, and was delighted to find soft beds and towels. Really fun spot."

Stunning 25-Acre Oxford Escape l Waterfront l BBQ

10/10 Excellent

"The house was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and we would rent again. Our only Mishap is the Jacuzzi was broken and dirty during our stay and we would've really enjoyed to use that, but otherwise our stay was great. The owner reached out to let us know they would look into it and we never heard back. We would still stay at this property again"
