All rooms above a barbershop on a parade of shops. Good size room, generally clean, a little grubby around the shower area. Overall, we would recommend it.
simple clean facility! Parking was difficult to be honest, but once figured out we were fine for the one night there. It's a nice place to lay your head down at.
The room and bathroom were great only issue is the room heats up a LOT they provide a fan but the room was so hot even with the window open, but it was unusually hot for that time of the year

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Simple and did the job for one night.
Was contacted for checkin and warmly greeted.
Accommodation consisted of en-suite room.
Room was clean and simple. Wifi included which was good for work.
Ensuite was dated and could do with a revamp or silicon reapplied. When shower is in use the whole bathroom got wet - a shower screen would be valuable.
I would stay again if visiting one night.

Okay for the price.
A converted flat above a barbers in a not so picturesque part of town. Room looked recently decorated and was clean with a shower/ wet room, microwave and mini fridge although the mattress was old and uncomfortable. Advert says free parking, this is only true if there’s a space outside the shops everywhere else is resident parking only, I had to drive around for 15 minutes waiting for a space to open up. All in all you get what you pay for.

Okay for an Overnight Stay
The Oxford House is a reasonable back-to-basics hotel tucked away amongst some foot outlets. It is okay for an overnight stay as the rooms are just a bed, a desk, and a shower/bathroom, and that's it.
The biggest concerns might be the electricals, with a broken TV frame and their kettle boiling near the sockets on the desk. Still, the lamp raises alarm bells with its flickering light - even the 'receptionist' dismissed it as a bad connection with its plug and didn't replace it.
The bed is fine for what it is, but you can feel where the sheets end and the mattress start - and where they store the additional bedding.
The shower en-suite is a reasonable space, although seeing a bit of the carpet when stepping up into the bathroom must be a nightmare when tackling the splashbacks from the shower. It's a lovely shower with all the basics you expect with an en-suite.
For a stay near Temple Cowley, it is acceptable to access the Templars Square shopping precinct, within walking distance from all the fun and atmosphere that Cowley Road offers. It feels like a converted office space into these hotel rooms, and it is probably feasible for a budget stay in Oxford.
It was a nice ten minute walk to supermarkets. Residential area that was quiet.

Liked: Cleanliness
It was fine for one person, especially for the price, and if you don't need to stay in the room during the day. The loo, shower and sink were all just in one small tiled room with no shower curtain and with minimal ventilation.
Property was clean except for the carpet and rugs. Very dirty floor. Bed and bath were very clean. Ordered cab thru owner, but it didn't show up! No staff on premises.
I did mot enjoy my stay at this hotel. Firstly i slept on a dirty bed. Discovered the sheet was not changed when i was about to sleep. At the time the guy incharge had left. As i am typing i have a terrible body itches with blisters ever since i slept in this place. To say i am disappointed is the list. The toilet was hurrible which i took some pictures.
