Owharoa Falls

the room we had was below par by a long way, dated furniture, shocking state in the bathroom , broken floor and wall tiles, shower drainage of is missing , shower needs urgent rebuild , its looks like the handyman threw the grouting / silicone on the tiles ,door surrounds rotten / mouldy , if we hadn't of paid before hand we would have walked, but accommodation was at a premium this week end. all other staff and restaurant staff and food was good. had high hopes for this place but not to be.

The bed was so comfortable and the room layout was well appointed. Great location and easy to get to. They held our luggage so we could return our hire care at the domestic terminal before check in time. Airport shuttle was run smoothly with staff advising to book a time at book in, which made the whole process straightforward.

A great location and view across the park. We were upgraded to a two bedroom unit even though we only used one bedroom. Apartment was perfect as I had an accessible bathroom and kitchen was perfect to prepare meals. Three nights was perfect and advice to try Indian restaurant nearby was excellent. Parking at $45 per night was avoided by finding disabled parking close by. So bring accessible parking permit with you , should you have one. Staff were so very helpful and cheerful. Loved our stay.
