"Pets were allowed. The hotel was busy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean but could use some updating. The gym was a small room that looks as though it would have been a hotel room at one point. It had a few of the staples but not a lot of space if multiple people were present. Complimentary breakfast was fair (yogurt, cereal) and buffet style food was hot. The first floor hallway had an odd smell to it. "

"It was our second stay at this hotel and it won't be our last. We stayed in the -King Room, Upper Level, City View-. All of the stars: clean, convenient to the airport, great staff, modern, quiet, smart tv with casting, secure parking options... The only thing missing was drinking vessels -the room only had 2 travel coffee cups. Hoping it was a housekeeping oversight and not standard. "

"I don’t have pets nor did I see any on site. The room was 9/10 clean, when I removed the sheets and pillowcases off the bed before checking out there was wood chips or something under the cover, but other then that everything was clean and the furniture was updated. Staff was always friendly as well, although the phone in the hotel room did not (forgot to tell staff) as I used my phone. When we arrived in our room I had to call them for the wifi password, previous hotels we visited had a piece of paper with this info on it. There was also no restaurant in the hotel, but they did serve breakfast. Their pancakes were delicious! Pool and hot tub was also lovely and they had 2 life jackets for guests to use which was nice but I did not know this and purchased one for my son. "

"The room was good, the front of house staff were great, the cleaning staff amazing but the resturant staff made us feel like we couldnt afford to eat in there. They also told us (a party of 5) that they had no menus just a buffet for $18.00 but yet let other patrons use the menu. "

"Sign by dining room listed its hours of operation for all 3 daily meals, but when we came by for dinner well within the listed time frame, there was literally nobody around anywhere. There was no indication that it might only be certain days or by reservation only, in fact it's listed as a full public restaurant on their website, with public menu visible, we'd even planned what we wanted to order. And it was a Friday night, so even if they were only open some days, surely they'd be open for dinner Fridays! Staff was friendly but scattered. Room was small but comfortable. The beautiful antique styles of the main house are far less so in the carriage house so that was a little disappointing. The toilet in our bathroom was huge and ancient and was constantly running until I fixed it myself. Price was very reasonable. Be aware - there's a train that runs nearby and the whistle is very noisy. This is not the fault of the owners of course, but something to be aware of for light sleepers. "

"The kids loved the pool, it was nice it had a hot tub although the room was so hot I did not want to go into it. Staff were very friendly and we really liked our junior suite."
