「Friendly staff, except for the young lady working the breakfast Friday morning was rude. The bed was hard, but room was large and clean. Hot tub could have been hotter and pool was cold. Overall a nice stay」

「Very nice property, we had a great stay overall. We visited the area for the first time to see the Finger Lakes and all the wonderful waterfalls - surprise - the summer has been very dry so the waterfalls were water trickles - still wonderful sights - just disappointed a bit. The hotel / bed was a bit of an issue since the fitted sheet on our King size bed did not fit correctly and would slid off and bunch up during the night as you move - frustrating and hard to sleep. 」

「We were passing thru and had just dropped horses off at a friends and were exhausted from being on the road all day. We got there around 8. The girl who checked us in was amazing. She had us laughing after a long day. She is definitely an asset to this hotel and deserves a raise. She made our stay start out amazing and it stayed that way until we left today. 「The property was clean and well cared for. The two ladies that I interacted with were polite and pleasant to speak with. Breakfast was very good and included sausage, eggs, make your own waffles, along with other staple items. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Amazing stay!!! As a solo traveler for my 45th Vestal Highschool reunion my stay was perfect. I did not have any issues with my stay or the room. The staff was utmost friendly and caring. My room was in spotless throughout my stay. The morning breakfast was impressive. Not a plain continental breakfast but a full breakfast buffet menu. The best!! Thank you, When I'm back intown I will stay at the Holiday Inn Express.」
