"Disappointed in my stay, check in via tv screen was a bit strange but it is 2026. The room was basic which I expected but the tv did not work - problem with connection and the fridge didn't work. I had to throw stuff out in the morning. Not good value."

The service was excellent, and the staff was truly outstanding. We had the most amazing vacation and were thrilled to close out the ski resort for the 2026 season. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, with a gorgeous pool and spa that made the experience even more special.
