"The Hotel is under some construction and the elevator was not working properly when we would take it , the door would get stuck and keep opening and closing over and over. There were areas on first floor where the insulation was showing and the wall had opened areas. We also noted that there was not new dish soap but used one so we couldn’t wash our dishes or a scrubber. We also could not find any trash bags to fill our trash cans. There was a very rolling large air conditioner in our room that wa super loud. "
