"Honestly, the staff were so bad it was ridiculous. From the moment we arrived, they came across cold, blunt and completely uninterested in guests. My partner isn't Moroccan and the way he was spoken to felt noticeably different and uncomfortable. Most interactions felt like we were inconveniencing them simply by being there. I found myself having to be overly friendly just to get basic hospitality back, which made the whole experience feel awkward and forced. The evening entertainment was also a let-down. The show lasted around 15 minutes at 10pm and then that was it. My partner and I sat in the lounge area afterwards to enjoy the desert atmosphere, but a staff member kept circling around us and watching us. It became obvious he was annoyed that we weren't back in our tent by 11pm. They eventually switched off all the lights until the place was almost completely blacked out, leaving us with little choice but to call it a night lol. To top it off, our taxi driver back to Marrakech told us that out of all the Agafay camps (he’s a local there) , this one is known for having some of the poorest hospitality. He even mentioned they don't offer drivers something as simple as a glass of water while they're waiting, which says a lot about the overall attitude towards people. The desert itself was STUNNINGGG😍… but you can get those pics elsewhere!!! The hospitality fell far below expectations. I won’t be coming back, and I recommend to pick another camp."

"The Ranch was fantastic and set in a very beautiful location overseeing the Atlas Mountains… We had a great time and was a perfect restful space away from Marrakech!"

"Pros: - Hotel grounds are extremely well kept and clean, grass is cut and it is aesthetically pleasing - Restaurant food was good, it did not give us any stomach issues or food poisoning - Water park is decent for children, I have been to better but this will keep the children entertained. CONS: - Room was awfully designed - the toilet was separate and the sink was separate in the shower room, extremely unusual dynamic. It meant that we had to come out of the toilet without washing hands and then wash in the shower room. VERY STRANGE - the shower has zero privacy, so unless you want your children to see you naked or anyone else you are sharing with, it is a big NO. You can see into the shower room, not sure why they have this. - rooms are very dated, not4* standard, old. - not enough storage in rooms - staff in the restaurant are not helpful but this is because they are understaffed, they have one or two waiters managing an entire area, so every single time we had to request water and cutlery, it was very slow. - food hygiene is awful - not enough tongs to pick up food, vegetarian food and meat food next to each other which meant people mixed the tongs due to shortage of tongs - the worst thing for us was, NO Kettle to make baby formula. We begged with them to provide us with one so we could feed our baby and agreed to pay an extra charge, however, they did not provide this. So we had to keep going to the bar every time to make formula. NOT ideal if you have a baby."

"We've visited Marrakech several times but always stayed withing the city. This place is a bit removed, and you'll need a car to get to and from the city. This is an excellent value. Great pool, and the small restaurant serves up a good meal. This is especially a place for families with young kids, as there's a playground, even small soccer field. The rooms are very well appointed, and the kitchen has all you need for dining in, which is what many do here. Idea for an extended stay. Only thing lacking was a gym. That said, highly recommeded."

"Overall, a good stay with a pleasant experience. The hotel itself was lovely, but there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The air conditioning in the room could not be controlled directly, so we had to call reception each time to adjust the settings. Service was always polite and helpful, though the hotel did feel slightly understaffed at times."

"The tent was lovely, the pool area was thankfully not busy, so very peaceful and the BBQ was great (1 between 2 is plenty, very generous portion). I had major issues contacting the property through Expedia and that caused stress. I suggest they work that out. The evening show and food were poor."
