The entire house, including the kitchen, was more than fully equipped. This was a perfect house for couples, friends and small families. The fire pit in the front yard was fun for evening marshmallow roasts.We appreciated all the helpful communication and help provided by the host!

Very quiet and comfortable place to stay. Very clean, stocked with essentials, impressive view from the dining table. Hiked the perimeter trail and spent time in the hot springs. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Ouray.

Super location. Perfect for pur family. Construction made getting out of driveway a little more difficult but the workers were super nice.

The location of the house was perfect. It was right across from the river so we could just walk on the river trail in to town and the hot springs everyday. We didn’t even need our car. The rooms and kitchen were spacious and kitchen appliances adequate.

Comfortable home in a great location

The property is exactly as shown and even a bit better! The house was very clean and comfortable, and in an excellent location! The view is breathtaking, and there is the perfect spot in the front yard to have morning coffee and watch the sun come over the mountains. There is also an outdoor eating space! We saw deer in the evenings and walked the trail morning and evening! The beds were clean and comfortable. This property does not have air conditioning and it was quite warm during our stay but no air conditioning is a norm for this area and it cools off nicely at night! Overall it wasn’t a problem. We would certainly stay here again! Check in and out was a breeze! You can’t go wrong with this property.

Great Views

We flew up for a winter trip with the family. The house was great. Lots of great and lots to do in the town and close to many other towns. The driveway can get a little slick in the winter so definitely recommend 4wd if staying in the snow/icy times.

Comfy cabin.

Location great to get to town or sightsee. Lots of room in cabin. Well stocked with everything needed. Bed very comfortable. No complaints at all.

Wonderful Home

We enjoyed the home both inside and out. Loved the yard and outdoor seating and fire pit for evening relaxation and hanging out with family. Inside was spacious with a wonderful kitchen table and view. Peaceful and quiet location close to downtown and activities. Carl was wonderful and helpful. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Quiet and Comfortable

A clean, nice and great location house. The picnic table in the photos has been replaced by a new table with 6 metal chairs with cushions. Great for outdoor dinning. Just relaxing outdoors was very enjoyable. The charcoal grill was great for cooking. The house has everything needed except for a small caveat. Since we spent 2 weeks here we cooked most of our meals and the non stick skillets were so bad even bacon stuck to them. There replacement would make cooking perfect. The garage made it nice to keep our vehicle in.
