"We had a really nice weekend. The property is clean and quiet. They’re surrounding neighborhood and businesses are exceptional. We really enjoyed the Jacuzzi and backyard. We would recommend this to anyone in the area."

"Beautiful beachside bungalow overlooking a gorgeous ocean view. The house was super clean and very well stocked. All the rooms were adorned with comfortable sheets and comforters for peaceful nights. Parking was a breeze. We purchased boogie boards for the kids since I did not hear back from the rental agency regarding my question of boogie boards and beach equipment in the unit. Come to find a closet downstairs at the beach entrance full of chairs, boards, and even a paddle board. My only complaint has nothing to do with the house, but the very rocky beach entry making carrying anything to the sand challenging. All in all, we woudl return in a heartbeat and loved our time there! Recommend without reservation."

"The home was clean, well-lit and private. The kitchen well equipped and very nice. Nice layout and lovely decor made the place a delight to stay at for our destination wedding, just a few miles away. Outdoor seating provided sun and shade and opening up the sliding glass door to the yard along with some windows helped when the weather turned hot. There were plenty of fans as well, though we didn't need them much.One thing to note if you are flying in, the closer stores in the area close earlier than what we were used to. So, plan grocery shopping accordingly. Our flight arrived a little later than anticipated so it made a difference for us to stock food n beverages upon arrival.The host was very good at communicating and offered to come over to help us get settled in, though it wasn't necessary. We discovered some friends were staying at another place just a couple doors down the street, so convenient and fun for us all!"

"This was a beautiful little property in a quiet Montecito neighborhood. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby while also being close to Santa Barbara and all that it offers. The outdoor garden sitting area is sweet. This is a perfect place for couples, though the bed is quite small!"

"Perfect for our needs and our pup loved it too. The gardens and big trees were just wonderful and we enjoyed hanging out in the yard in the afternoon. We walked the dog down to the beach regularly. The tar on the beach was inconvenient but we appreciated the cleaning supplies at the house. We cooked dinner regularly and found just enough pans and utensils to make it work. Would recommend."
