"Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time. Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was. "Good points - very dog friendly, easily accessible shared garden area, comfy bed, powerful shower, excellent curry delivered from next door Niggles - large green light permanently on in the ceiling, flooded the whole room with a green glow that kept us awake. Very thin walls which are not great when the guests in the neighbouring room stay up until 2am, no ventilation (no window to open) so very stuffy even in December"

"The hotel was lovely but - regrettably - it was hosting a large wedding and reception on the first of our two nights' stay. They hadn't warned us, yet we were given a room adjacent to the thoroughfare from the reception venue. As a consequence, we had little sleep on our first night at all. The guests in the adjacent room had a spat at a little after midnight over who one of them had been dancing with (and how)! When that ended, we were woken again at about 1:45 am by a group arguing outside who had stopped en route to their rooms; I got up to chase them.off. we them struggled to sleep afterwards . I explained the situation to the manager and staff who offered a potential discount to be discussed when next we booked. We won't be rebooking."

"The room was really clean, the staff were really nice and helpful, while I didn’t eat here the bar and dining area were super clean and looked beautiful. The whole place was decorated really nicely. In my room they even had a chair that was big enough for me to comfortably sit in which is rare given that I’m morbidly obese so it was a very pleasant surprise. Finally to say that I got the BEST night sleep of my life here is an understatement, when they say they have blackout curtains they mean it - I woke up at mid day and briefly couldn’t figure out if it was day or night. I will ABSOLUTELY be staying here again when I’m next staying in Peterborough."

"I was surprised to find out that you had to pay £5per day for using there car park even if you were staying or visiting hotel also the room don’t have usb sockets in the room so make sure you bring a plug. I am a diabetic and needed to keep injection in a fridge over the weekend guess what? No fridge in the room, you only get two English tea bags in the room and enough milk in the room for two cups of tea the room, the second day we got more milk but no more tea bags, for the price you pay for staying at the hotel you would expect the thing’s above to be part of the booking. "
