「The best part of this hotel is that the hotel staffs are super helpful with friendly attitude. I was able to find a tour from Fes to Marrakech with desert tour, and the medhina guide hotel arranged for me was very knowledgeable.
The only negative point is that the air conditioning in my room didn't work well.」

「Pros: Nice riad. Beautiful courtyard. Hassan, Mohammed & team were exceptional. Their service is better than 5 star hotels. Food is great at the riad. Location is in the middle of the Medina but the front entrance leads to the parking lot which is easy for pickup & drop off. Completely safe to walk around in evening. Would return to the riad if I go back to Fes.
Cons: Rooms could use a little upgrade. Toiletries were not labeled so, its hard to tell which is the hand soap. 」
