「Booked this hotel as it looked really good online. Also have been looking for a hotel out of the city centre and close to the Vondel Park, for regular trips to Amsterdam. Broke three ribs prior to travel and so was unable to travel as was finding it difficult to walk. I realise a booked a non-refundable ticket, and requested a change of date. I thought that the hotel would have had a bit of sympathy for my situation. But no, they refused to move the date. This room could easily have been...

「Mooi en ruim appartement, heerlijke bedden. Wel hinderlijk dat het brand alarm meerdere keren laat op de avond afging. Ondanks wat gebreken, werden dingen snel opgelost. Let wel, je krijgt maar 1 sleutel, dat vinden wij echt te sober. En zorgde op nodige momententen voor ernstigd logistieke problemen als je met een gezin bent. Voor de rest is alles netjes geregeld.」
