The Space:
Rangiuru Stream by Tiny Away is located in Otaki Beach, North Island, New Zealand, just 58 minutes from Wellington. A vibrant city known for its tucked-away bars, café culture, award-winning restaurants, and great coffee. This country retreat is nestled on the edge of the Rangiuru stream, a fantastic place to relax, unwind, and take in the natural beauty of Ōtaki.

Explore this seaside destination and enjoy nearby attractions such as Queen Elizabeth Park and Nga Manu Nature Reserve, as well as nearby towns like Waikanae and Paraparaumu.

A comfortable 139 square foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surroundings but have limited access to the stream or section.

By car:
- Wellignton is only 40minutes drive from otaki on the new highway

By public transport:
- We have local buses around the areas

Other Things to Note:
- No WiFi is available
- We have pets on our property
- Pets should be kept on a leash at all times
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking allowed inside/outside the tiny home
- Firewood is available at an extra cost of $50/ per tub
- Mobile reception is good with Vodafone, 2degrees, and Spark.
- Pets are allowed with 24 hrs' advance notice. The full pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Lovely stay, the property owners were friendly and very welcoming. Left me to my privacy which was great. I appreciated the lack of traffic, other people, lack of street lights and the wildlife flying past the window. Very clean little whare and the bed comfy - shower was perfect.Communication by the managers left alot to be desired and if i didnt have a rough idea of where the property was I'd still be looking for it. A contact number or someone who actually cared about providing a service would have much better. The cost was on the steep side for what was offered.
