Spacious House with PARKING & Ideal for Long Stays

This is a 1600 square foot 3 bedroom older house that has been updated to provide a comfortable place to stay. This home comes equipped with everything you need - from furnishings to linens to silverware for fraction of what the local hotels are charging. We do not charge a cleaning fee and never will. We just ask that you clean up after yourselves and don't fret if you find a dust bunny under a couch.

The house includes many photos from my trips around the world. Furniture that has been painted with funky designs. More improvements being done every week! New update: AC on the main floor and a window unit in each bedroom!

1 mile to the Oswego Speedway and a few blocks from prime salmon fishing. Centrally located in Oswego and a few blocks to 481 to get on the highway to head to Syracuse. One of the few listings locally that will allow 6 people to stay!
Netflix and other streaming apps available. Washer and dryer available as well.

Not a good area. Rodents

We booked this place as it was close to home of grandson getting married. Next door seems to be a drug house. People coming and going all day and night. Garbage all around the house. Old home with soft flooring. Toilet seats loose. Saw rodent droppings. Dirty oven. Left water in the sink to wash left over dishes before leaving. Mouse in it drowned. Master bedroom wi die did not close. Has to put towel in it to block cold air. Would appreciate a refund. Have picture of mouse in sink if owner would like it. Daughter touched it to drain sink. Left it there!

Pleasant stay in Oswego

This is an old house, but with all modern conveniences. Everything was ready for use. We enjoyed the modern shower, gas range, full-size refrigerator-freezer, and other kitchen necessities. This house is so large that we were able to host a birthday part for my mother. I would love to use this house again.

Oswego getaway

This is my families second stay to at this house during our annual salmon fishing trip. Once again the house was more than what we would expect.I recommend this to anyone visiting the town.location spot on.

OUT Standing!

This house was just what four guy's needed for a place to stay when in New York for salmon fishing. The house itself was clean and with all the necessities needed to keep things running like home living. Queen size beds were great, and plenty of room thru-out the house. If you need a place to stay while in New York, this is the one.

Comfortable and Nice!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home. It was centrally located in Oswego, it was nicely decorated and stocked with the amenities of home. It was properly cooled, with A/C units in the common area downstairs and in each bedroom. We will definitely book again!

Great remote working spot

Michael supplied me with an excellent remote working space, with face wifi for my daily meetings. His space was well equipped to make myself coffee to keep me going each day. Menus are provided to order food to the house. Great communication and very clean home.

Over all pretty happy with the house. Did have an issue the day before check in did not receive check in info. Think was VRBO more than owner but once in the property worked out well for home base!

Good property

This property was as advertised, my sisters and I were very comfortable in this house. When ever I contacted the property manager he was prompt getting back to me. I am from Oswego and when ever I go back to visit I will try getting this property again. This house is much cheaper than any hotel in town.

Exactly as described

Pleasant owner with good communication. We enjoyed the house and it’s proximity to the Oswego River for fishing. The neighborhood was a bit colorful, but nothing terrible. We would certainly stay here again.
